Meet the City Manager
The City Manager is the chief administrative officer of the City and is appointed by the City Council. The City Manager is responsible for the administration of all City offices and departments.

Diana Langley
Diana Langley has served as Louisville’s City Manager since March 2025. Langley brings nearly thirty years’ experience in municipal government to Louisville, having most recently served as the City Manager for Yuba City, California. In addition to a Master of Public Administration degree from National University, Langley also holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from California State University, Chico.
Deputy City Manager
Samma Fox
Samma Fox has served as Louisville’s Deputy City Manager since August of 2023 (and served as Interim City Manager from June 2024 through March 2025). Fox brings experience from multiple industries and over a decade in municipal government to Louisville. Fox holds master's degrees in economics and public administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
