Food Truck operators must apply for a City of Louisville Food Truck permit from the Planning Department if you serve from a permanent location on a City street or private property in Louisville. Please contact the Planning department if you do not know if you need a permit at planning@louisvilleco.gov or 303-335-4584.

  • Written permission from the property owner, if operating on private property
