What We Offer
Library staff can proctor your exam by:
- Providing a dedicated exam space in a controlled setting
- Receiving and securing your exam materials before your appointment
- Entering logins or exam passwords on the testing website
- Enforcing time limits and rules set by your testing institution
- Returning completed exams to your institution
What to Know Before You Book
Availability
- Proctoring is available during weekday business hours only.
- Your session must end at least one hour before the library closes.
- Please request your appointment at least one week in advance so we can confirm proctor and room availability.
Exam Requirements
- Exams cannot be longer than three hours.
- Group exams can be accommodated with approval from your school or testing institution.
- You are responsible for making sure your exam and any related materials are delivered to the library before your appointment.
Return Postage
- Completed exams are sealed, secured, and returned using prepaid envelopes provided by you or your testing institution.
- The library does not cover return postage.
During Your Exam
- The proctor will check in but will not remain in the room for the full exam.
- You will be asked to show a valid photo ID before your exam begins.
- Cell phones must be silenced and stowed away from your workspace for the duration of the exam.
- You may not leave the room unattended at any time during the exam.
