General Information

The preschool year begins in late August and ends in mid-May. Our preschool follows the Boulder Valley School District for many holidays and school days off. Monthly tuition is collected through a payment agreement.

If you cancel out of the program at any time after paying the enrollment fee and deposit, the fees become non-refundable and non-creditable.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the first day of the month before your child leaves the program. For example, if your child will not continue as of December 1, written notice is needed before November 1.

The Louisville Recreation & Senior Center's preschool is licensed by the State of Colorado and follows Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment immunization requirements. Please review the required vaccine schedule.

Children must have current immunization records and a health appraisal form to attend school. Health appraisals must follow the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines or the health care provider's recommendations.

If your child is on a delayed vaccine schedule, the schedule must follow the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommended catch-up schedule. Written documentation must show the dates vaccines will be given.

If your child has a  medical, religious or personal exemption, the preschool must receive a Certificate of Exemption before the child starts school. Exemption forms must be updated each year.
