Registration Information

  • Families have one week to choose camp sessions in the lottery. There is no benefit to entering on the first day. All entries submitted during the lottery period have the same chance of being selected when the lottery is processed.
  • After the lottery closes, the registration system will randomly choose participants from all submitted entries.
  • Each 3-week camp session has its own lottery. This gives families an equal chance for each session.
  • Entering the lottery does not guarantee a camp spot.

We recommend you do NOT wait until the last minute to account for any questions or errors when submitting for the lottery.

  • Families may enter siblings who live in the same household and have the same parent or guardian.
  • You may enter siblings in one of two ways:
    • Independent entries: Siblings may not get into the same sessions.
    • Linked entries: Siblings will only be enrolled if both are offered a spot.

  • Lottery enrollment opens: 12 a.m. Wednesday, January 14
  • Lottery enrollment closes: 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, January 21
  • Who can enter: Louisville residents only

Sessions will show as “unavailable” outside of the lottery enrollment period.

Our summer camp uses ePACT Network for health, safety, and emergency information. ePACT offers a contactless QR code for a secure check in/out process each day. Enrolled families will receive an email from ePACT. Please use that email to complete your child’s required paperwork. Save your ePACT username and password. You may need to update your account during the summer. A common update is adding a new person who is allowed to pick up your child.

Immunization Records

Families must provide required immunization information before camp begins. Recent changes to CDC vaccine recommendations do not change Colorado’s required vaccines for students attending school, child care, camp, college, or university. Colorado Department of Public Health recommends that families and providers follow the Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule, which is developed by pediatric and infectious disease experts and reflects decades of peer-reviewed evidence and safety monitoring.

Illness Policies

State and local guidelines are used when establishing illness policies in addition to recommendations from the Colorado Office of Early Childhood. We follow Illness Policies set by Colorado Department of Public Health & Enviroment (CDPHE) for when a child should stay home and when they can return.
