The City Manager's Office includes divisions like Communications, Sustainability, and Recovery & Resilience, and manages various special projects and processes such as the quadrennial Community Survey, the City's annual Legislative Agenda, and more.

Community Surveys

The City conducts Community Surveys every four years, a process which is coordinated by the City Manager's Office. Community Survey results are used at key performance indicators for budgeting, Council work plan development, and staff prioritization.

Results of the 2024 survey are available below. Copies of earlier surveys are available in the City's Digital Records Repository.
